Design and Build leading European headquarters

Contract:

JCT - phased over 2 years

Scope:

• Refurbishment of existing premises including reception, meeting rooms,
  presentation and training suites including full audio visual, canteen, toilets, and open plan offices.
• Creation of new fitness suite, plant rooms and installation of new air cooling and heating system.
• Space plan, specification and installation of furniture to all areas.
• Building control, planning supervisor, planning permission.
• Suspended ceiling & Portioning through 4 floors.
